Star Writer.

Today's star writer was Laki.  He worked hard to hear the sounds he needed.  He remembered to use all our prompts to write his three sentences.  Keep up the great work Laki.

Room 11's Assembly

Today Room 11 led the Junior School assembly.

We used lovely clear voices and were great examples for the rest of the school.

Congratulations to Laki, Monaro and Peter who won certificates today.

We also won the certificate for the best class at assembly :)

Cross Country

Today we had our school cross country.

We all went out to the field.

Then it was time for the girls race...

And then the boys...

Everybody tried their best and ran the whole course.  Well done Room 11 we are so proud of you, but especially Monaro who was 3rd!

Our Bean Plants

We came back to school today to a big surprise.

Righteous and Laki's plants have got beans on them!

Star Writers

On Monday Laki and Kasslin took their writing to Mrs Dawson.

Kasslin knew where to look for the words she needed.  

She found them in her reading book and on the wall.

Laki listened hard for the sounds he needed.

Great work you two!

Computer time

Today it was our turn with the netbooks.
We choose our working buddy and learnt how to move the mouse using the mouse pad.
